Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has introduced a new scheme – Baroda BNP Paribas Flexicap Fund

It is an open-ended dynamic equity scheme investing across large cap, mid cap, small cap companies.

Accordingly, the Scheme seeks to generate long term capital appreciation by investing in a dynamic mix of equity and equity related instruments across market capitalizations. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objectives of the Scheme will be realized. The Scheme does not guarantee/indicate any returns

Under normal circumstances, Baroda BNP Paribas Flexicap Fund will hold an allocation of 65% to 100% of its assets in Equity & Equity related instruments, 0% to 35% in Debt & Money Market instruments and/or units of Mutual Fund, and 0% to 10% of its assets in Units issued by REITs & InvITs.

As per the Scheme Information Document, to achieve the investment objective, the scheme will invest in equity and equity linked instruments across market capitalization viz. Large cap, mid cap and small companies as defined under SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IM/DF3/CIR/P/2017/114 dated October 6, 2017 and as may be amended by SEBI from time to time. The list of stocks would be as per the list published by AMFI in accordance with the said circular and updated on half yearly basis.

The Scheme will focus on creating an appropriate diversified portfolio of companies with a long term perspective. The Scheme will follow a top down approach to select sectors and follow a bottom up approach to pick stocks across the sectors based on the quality of business model and quality of management.

Baroda BNP Paribas Flexicap Fund’s performance will be benchmarked against Nifty 500 Total Return Index.

The scheme will be managed by Mr. Sanjay Chawla and Mr. Sandeep Jain.

The NFO opens for subscription on July 25, 2022 and closes on August 05, 2022. The scheme will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase Within five Business Days from the date of allotment.

The fund’s NAV is priced at Rs 10/- per unit during the NFO period. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter.

The scheme offers Regular Plan and Direct Plan each plan offers Growth and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal option.
