Helios Capital Asset Management led by Mr Samir Arora is a latest entrant in the 45 member Indian Asset Management industry. Helios Mutual Fund debuts in the equity market with the launch of – Helios Flexi Cap Fund.
It is an open-ended dynamic equity scheme investing across large cap, mid cap & small cap stocks.
Accordingly, the investment objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity & equity related instruments across market capitalization. However, there is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.

Under normal circumstances, Helios Flexi Cap Fund will hold an allocation of 65% to 100% in Equity & Equity related instruments^ of large cap, mid cap and small cap companies, 0% to 35% in Debt Securities$ & Money Market instruments (including Cash & cash equivalents, 0% to 10% in Units issued by REITs and INVITs and 0% to 5% in Units of Mutual Fund Scheme.
As per the Scheme Information Document, Helios Flexi Cap Fund will be managed actively in line with the investment objectives and asset allocation of the Scheme.
The objective of the Scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity & equity related instruments across market capitalization. While the Scheme aims to predominantly invest in equity and equity related securities, it could move its assets between equity and fixed income securities depending on its view on markets subject to asset allocation pattern.
Helios Flexi Cap Fund’s performance will be benchmarked against Nifty 500 TRI
The scheme will be managed by Mr Alok Bahl and Mr Apurva Sharma.
The NFO opens for subscription on October 23, 2023 and closes on November 06, 2023. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase on November 15, 2023.
The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000/- and in multiples of Re.1/- thereof.
The scheme offers Regular Plan and Direct Plan each plan offers Growth option and Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal Option (IDCW).
