ITI Mutual Fund is about to launch an open ended dynamic asset allocation fund, with an aim to deliver consistent long-term returns in all market conditions by dynamically allocating assets between equity instruments and fixed income. The scheme will be known as ITI Balanced Advantage Fund.
The investment objective of the scheme is to seek capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity related securities and fixed income instruments. The allocation between equity instruments and fixed income will be managed dynamically so as to provide investors with a long term capital appreciation. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be realized.
The NFO opens for subscription on December 09, 2019 and closes on December 23, 2019.
The fund will be managed by Mr. George Heber Joseph and Mr. Pradeep Gokhale, while its performance will be benchmarked against CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 - Moderate Index.
The New Fund Offer will be priced at Rs 10 per unit and the minimum application amount for initial purchase will be Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
