Mutual Fund News : Invesco Mutual Fund Introduces Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund

Invesco Mutual Fund (MF) has launched an open-ended equity scheme - Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund.

It is an open-ended dynamic equity scheme investing across large cap, mid cap & small cap stocks.

Accordingly, the investment objective of the scheme is to generate capital appreciation by dynamically investing in a mix of equity and equity-related instruments across market capitalization i.e. large, mid and small cap stocks.

However, there is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved. The Scheme does not assure or guarantee any returns.

Under normal circumstances, 65% to 100% of the funds portfolio will be invested in Equity & equity related instruments of largecap, midcap and smallcap companies. The exposure to foreign securities (including mutual fund and other approved securities) shall not exceed 35% of the net assets of the Scheme.

The scheme may also invest upto 35% of its assets in Debt & Money Market Instruments, and upto 10% in Units issued by REITs and InvITs.

As per the Scheme Information Document (SID), Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund will invest in equity and equity related securities of large, mid, and small companies. The Scheme will adopt bottom-up approach to identify the stock opportunities across the market capitalization. The Scheme will follow style neutral strategy and will be sector agnostic. The stock selection will be guided by our investment philosophy and proprietary stock categorization framework.

Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund’s performance will be benchmarked against S&P BSE 500 Index TRI (Total Return Index).

Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund will be managed by Mr Taher Badshah and Mr Amit Nigam.

The NFO opens for subscription on January 24, 2022 and closes on February 07, 2022. The scheme will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within 5 business days from the date of allotment.

The fund’s NAV is priced at Rs 10 per unit during the NFO period. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 1,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The fund offers Regular Plan and Direct Plan having Growth Option and Payout of Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal Option (Re-investment and Pay-out facility).
