Mutual Fund News : SBI Mutual Fund files offer document for Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) - Series 31 to 40

SBI Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch a close ended debt scheme named ' SBI Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) - Series 31 to 40 '.

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide regular income and capital growth with limited interest rate risk to the investors through investments in a portfolio comprising of debt instruments such as Government Securities, PSU & Corporate Bonds and Money Market Instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against suitable Index depending on the maturity period of the respective series of scheme.

The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit and the minimum application amount for initial purchase is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The schemes offer growth and dividend options and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
