Tata Mutual Fund has launched an open ended equity scheme following quant based investing theme. The scheme is known as Tata Quant Fund.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate medium to long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity related instruments selected based on a quantitative model (Quant Model).
The performance of the fund will be benchmarked against S&P BSE 200 - TRI.
The fund will be managed by Mr. Sailesh Jain.
The NFO opens for subscription on January 03, 2020 and closes on January 17, 2020.
The New Fund Offer is priced at Rs 10 per unit and the minimum application amount for initial purchase is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
