quant Mutual Fund introduces – quant Teck Fund

It is an open-ended equity scheme investing in technology-centric companies

Accordingly, the investment objective of the scheme is to seek to generate consistent returns by investing in equity and equity related instruments of technology-centric companies. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be realized, as actual market movements may be at variance with anticipated trends.

Under normal circumstances, quant Teck Fund will hold an allocation of 80% to 100% of its assets in Equity and Equity related instruments, 0% to 20% in Debt & Money Market instruments, 0% to 5% in Units issued by REITs & InvITs and 0% to 20% in Foreign securities including ADRs / GDRs / Foreign equity and debt securities.

As per the Scheme Information Document, quant Teck Fund aims to invest in equity and equity related securities of technology-centric companies.The fund will combine top down and bottom up approach to construct the portfolio. The fund manager may, from time to time, review and modify the Scheme’s investment strategy if such changes are considered to be in the best interests of the unitholders and if market conditions warrant it.

The scheme will be managed by Mr Sandeep Tandon, Mr Ankit Pande, Mr Sanjeev Sharma and Mr Vasav Sahgal.

The NFO opens for subscription on August 22, 2023 and closes on September 05, 2023. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase Within five Business Days from the date of allotment.

The fund's face value is Rs 10/- per unit. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000/- and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereof.

The scheme offers Regular Plan and Direct Plan each plan offers Growth and Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal option (IDCW) option.
